Photo sessions include one photo op with the actor(s). An 8×10 color glossy photograph will be printed at the event shortly after the photo session. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pick up their printed photo from the assigned area. A digital copy can be purchased onsite at the photographers table during your photograph session for an additional $10.
All tickets purchased online must be picked up at the convention. Once arriving at the convention, go to the TimeGate store and present your confirmation email. You will be handed your autograph and photograph tickets. During the scheduled autograph and photograph session, line up in the designated area. Once it is your turn, present your ticket to the Guest Handler and follow their direction.
Photo times will be posted as soon as they are finalized by the convention. The tentative schedule is due to go live on May 1st, 2016. Please check the photo and autograph times via the TimeGate website, the printed schedule, or via the TimeGate app.
There are no refunds for missed photo shoots. Only 2 Adults in a photo. Small children and infants can also be included with 2 adults at no additional charge.
Printed photos will be available shortly after the photo session. It may take up to 2-3 hours after your assigned photo session. There is no guarantee that photos will be processed in time to be autographed the day they are taken but we will do our best to accommodate.
