six five lead positions that need to be filled by hard-working, excited, energetic people! Although these are lead positions, they are still unpaid volunteer positions (like every position in the organization). But that’s okay, right? You’re working for a convention and that’s super-fun! Program Book Developer
Program Book Developer Job Statement — Create the WHOlanta program book by overwriting a previous version and inserting new information. Required skill is MS Publisher.
Main Programming Assistant – Daytime
Programming Assistant I Job Statement — Assist with the planning and running of Main Programming pre-con, as well as the running of Main Programming daytime programming at the convention.
Main Programming Assistant – Nighttime
Programming Assistant II Job Statement — Plan and implement all Main Programming Evening events. You’ll be in charge of Masquerade, Cabaret, game shows, bands (if any) dance, and any other events in Main past 6pm.
Registration Coordinator Job Statement — Create and maintain pre-registration files. Create badges. Required skills are high-level MS Excel, MS Publisher?, and attention to detail.
Director of Volunteers Job Statement — Manage current volunteer list and contact information, working with other directors to identify and fill gaps. Needed skills are Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Microsoft Excel
